Our office has been established in 2011 through the merger of two tax and legal consultancy firms which dated back to 2006. We offer comprehensive services in the field of tax, accounting and business law. We specialise in handling investment projects, tax optimisation, organisation of economic structures and processes, tax, court and administrative proceedings. At the same time, we do not forget about the most important economic force, which is small entrepreneurs, to whom we provide services by authorised professionals. Our area of operation is not limited to Poland, we cooperate with law firms in Germany and Austria. We speak English and German.

In addition to ongoing full-service consultancy for already established companies, we have also been able to successfully help develop many ventures from establishment through structure to full operational capability. Our experience is based on current practice and includes the establishment of branches of domestic and foreign entrepreneurs as well as subsidiaries or affiliates, mergers and acquisitions, and finally greenfield investments including those in special economic zones.
